Our Policies
At Sreelakshmi Sarees, every saree is carefully selected and quality-checked before dispatch. We request our customers to review product details thoroughly before placing an order. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, or refunds may be accepted.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by sharing clear photos or videos of the issue along with the order details. Requests raised after this period may not be considered.
Due to the nature of sarees and handwoven products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, color preference, fabric feel, or minor weaving irregularities. Natural variations in color, texture, or weave are inherent characteristics of handcrafted and handloom sarees and do not qualify as defects.
Customized, blouse-stitched, altered, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
If a return request is approved, the product must be shipped back in unused, unwashed, and original condition with all tags and packaging intact. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified. Any product returned in a used or damaged condition will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
In the case of exchanges, the replacement product will be dispatched after successful receipt and quality verification of the returned item. Any price difference for exchanged products must be settled before dispatch.
Sreelakshmi Sarees reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if the product does not meet the return conditions or if the policy is misused.
