At Sreelakshmi Sarees, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms related to order processing, dispatch, and delivery.

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Orders are typically dispatched within the timeframe mentioned on the product page or within 2–5 working days for ready products. Handwoven, made-to-order, or custom sarees may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

We deliver across India through reliable third-party courier and logistics partners. Delivery timelines generally range between 3–10 working days depending on the shipping location, courier partner, and local accessibility. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, regional restrictions, or courier delays.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment. Any additional charges such as customs duties, local taxes, or handling fees (where applicable) shall be borne by the customer.

Once an order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email to help you monitor your delivery. Sreelakshmi Sarees is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect address details, or customer unavailability at the time of delivery.

Customers are requested to ensure that accurate and complete shipping details are provided while placing an order. Any re-shipping or return arising due to incorrect or incomplete address details will be chargeable to the customer.

We currently do not support changes to the shipping address once an order has been dispatched. In case you require any changes before dispatch, please contact us immediately after placing the order.

In rare cases where delivery is not possible due to remote location restrictions or service limitations, our team will get in touch to provide alternate solutions.
